Good morning everyone and Happy Friday! It is time for a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenges and the theme for this fortnight is More than one fold and our hostess is the lovely Norma. I know you will love this one because you are all so creative.  When I was thinking what to do for this challenge, I immediately thought about the gorgeous double zig-zag card Kathya created for my birthday, you can take a look at it here. I used the same tutorial she used, but I modified the measurements to make the card 6x6.  I am very happy with the results. Take a look at my card.

A Mother's Day Card

Hi everyone! I made this card for my husband's mother.  She loves pink and blue, although not necessarily on the pastel side.  I got the papers with the decoupage elements as a free gift with the Cardmaking & Papercraft magazine, June edition.  I've never tried this technique before, but the image made me think of her and I decided to give it a try.  She absolutely loved the card!  Doesn't it makes you all warm and fuzzy inside when you work on a card for someone and they love and appreciate your work?  Here is my creation.

We went to Puerto Rico in May for her daughter's graduation, and I was able to give her a card and spend some time together. To celebrate such a joyous occasion, here is the card I made for her.
